"Your work brought so much beauty to our little room both through the pieces themselves and how they lit up our guests. Thank you for being you and for sharing such loveliness with the world."
Amanda
"We want to thank you so much for your inspired artwork. We are both very taken with the pieces we purchased. Every time one of us gazes upon them, we find new detail or nuance effect that brings us joy and a deep sense of appreciation. They are truly treasured!"
Nadine and Vance
"Your beautiful painting/encaustic inspired my entire new writing studio here."

"douglas fir" at Ritz-carlton
Commission for Ritz-Carlton In Portland, installed. Five panel painting on wood of Douglas Fir branches.
There are approximately 50 pieces throughout public areas, and unique works throughout the 200+ guest rooms. Designers aimed to highlight as many local artists as possible, and with every piece, they “sought out works that utilize warm, natural materials. Wood is a key element in many of our selections and custom commissions, and all pieces feature elements found in nature that are emblematic of the Portland area.”
You can read details about the art program in the hotel here
Mark Makers' Quarterly
